"Life coaching is basically a future-focused method that is used to help clients improve their satisfaction with their lives. This is most often done through the setting and achievement of personal and sometimes professional goals. While it may sound like a life coach is a therapist, this is not true and life coaches are not to be confused with psychologists or psychiatrists". Read more

The Holistic Approach to Coaching
Balancing body, mind & soul
Our coaching & mentoring approach is holistic meaning where all areas of our lives where work, relationships and health are interrelated and interdependent.
I strongly believe that combining and balancing all aspects of a person - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual will lay a strong and solid foundation towards long-term happiness, success and optimal health.
Besides using the traditional coaching approach and method, I do like to include some breathing, meditative and qigong exercises to help release energy blockages and toxins. This gives an additional boost of energy and clarity to help reach his/her goals faster. What is qigong
Personal Foundation Program
The What, the Who and the How of You
Your personal foundation is the structural basis that supports you in living an exceptional life. Just like a house must be built on a strong foundation to avoid stress and collapse, so must our lives.
In our Personal Foundation Program, we work on three parts of a person's makeup - the What (public-self) the Who (core-self) and the How (values, integrity)
We identify symptoms and situations in your life that can be improved, developed and even eliminated through time and consistency. Other key areas of development that we focus on are integrity, values, setting boundaries and standards.

Coaching, Qigong, Tai Chi, meditation and personal development cover a major part of this program.
Borkenes Primary & Secondary School - 2003
While teaching in Borkenes school, I used gentle meditation, breathing exercises and qigong to pupils from age 10 to 15 to help release stress, develop focus and concentration and create awareness. Although the project was a success for the pupils and brought more harmony in the classroom, it had to be discontinued because of funds.
Slemmenstad Secondary School, Røyken Kommune 2017
In May 2017 I was invited by Slemmestad School, to teach and train qigong a group of teenagers, aged 15 suffering from stress and anxiety, a growing problem over the last 2 years.
With only 7 hours of qigong, breathing techniques and meditation, 95% of the students felt a change in their stress levels as well more joy and balance. From the written feedback I recieved most of them said they would use what they have learnt daily while others when needed as the exercises were easy and can be used anytime and anywhere.
