The Art of Self-Mastery
Self-mastery is the power to control one's actions, impulses or emotions and physical health while in a state of inner balance.
Life challenges come in different packages for everyone of us. There is the stress and demands of balancing your day to day life to major life changes that can be overwhelming and difficult to handle emotionally and mentally.
We all know the symptoms when stress, anxiety and depression creep into us - low energy, can't focus, spinning thoughts, lack of sleep, sadness, erratic behaviour and others.
Luckily, there are many self-help tools that are offered today, among them qigong, yoga, EFT, NLP and other newly developed methods that can be easily learnt and practiced to achieve balance and optimal health and with continous practice lead the way to your own self-mastery.
As a holistic life coach and mentor, I specialize in stress-management and wellness courses, custom-made for individuals or groups. In addition I coach and mentor teenagers and young adults facing difficult challenges at school and everyday life.
